The Martial Arts Complex is Central Rhode Island's most diverse martial arts resource. We provide training in a range of traditional martial arts in a friendly, family-oriented environment. We offer several independent programs, each taught by a certified instructor with years of martial arts training and experience.

Our school offers over 3,000 square feet of newly renovated training space, an extensive selection of cardio-/fitness equipment and free weights, and quality instruction from experienced instructors.
