Welcome to Time Rental

Time Rental is a space rental concept now available to Martial Artists/Health Fitness practioners and Cultural Artists and Teachers. The Rental Idea is simple, You decide on your rental time selection, subject to availability based on hourly time of $25.00. The Price is based  on a a minimum contract commitment of $100.00 per month. This price includes facility access and all utilities. All renting  groups need to have General Liability/Professional Liability Insurance. The Rental  Security/Janitorial/Parking is all included. Time Rentals will also be available for Events /Seminars neogotiated on a one time basis,subject to availability and agreed upon  price with management.
